SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Is there any quality assurance for the items ordered?
Each product is delivered to the customer only after it has cleared stringent quality check processEach garment manufactured atAmaya goes through multiple level quality check, the process is implemented at each stage of production. Each garment is made with an equal amount of love andcare.
Why is there a slight colour variation in the product from the images ?
The photos of every product are clicked in different light settings.
Utmost care is taken to try to take pictures in a setting that is the closest to what the product looks like in reality. However there would always be a difference between camera captures and what the eyes sees which is unavoidable. Also since our products are not bulk manufactured but majorly made in small batches, each batch could have some variations due to human involvement.
How do I cancel my order?

Shipping & Delivery Queries
What are the Shipping Timeline?
Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.
All clothing products take 2 to 14 working days (shipping timelines vary from product to product ) Once shipped, orders take 2-7 working days to be delivered within India
Working Days are Monday – Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend.
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be communicated through email and text.
Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ returns within India. Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost & risk.
Where are my tracking details?
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labeled as such.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping for orders above Rs.999. For orders below Rs.999, a flat shipping fee of Rs.150 is charged for COD orders and Rs.100 for Prepaid orders.

Return & Refund Queries
What is Amaya’s Return Policy?
Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.Exchange orders are initiated upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
Do you refund the payment on Returns?
Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit. Store Credit will be shared after the order is picked up from the customer.On sale and discounted pieces are not eligible for any Return or Exchange.Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker at the time of return.Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns or Refunds.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
In an unlikely event of your product reaching you damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details trough email. Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
Misprints and minor colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. Many of our products are handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity and uniqueness.
How will I get my refund?
REFUNDS WILL TAKE 20-25 WORKING DAYS.Please Note : We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered. In any other case, a refund is made only is terms of STORE CREDIT.
You will be receiving a store credit which is valid for lifetime. A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
What is a store Credit:
The store credit is valid for a lifetime.The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.A store credit or refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Returns take approximately 12 to 14 working days to reach the company.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only once the return reaches the warehouse and is thoroughly checked by our in-house team which takes 1-2 working days. Post that it takes 2-3 business days to process the refund internally
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer’s bank account. A refund will be made for the sale amount of the returned products. Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
Kindly be aware that we have partnered with a third-party courier service. While we are committed to assisting you, there are instances beyond our control. The contact information of the delivery executive is exclusively provided to the recipient, which may limit our ability to address certain issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 days. In such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
Can I request for a bank refund against my store credit?
Currently store credit is redeemable against future purchases made onAmayawebsite only, and cannot be transferred to a bank account.
How does the return process work?
Return & Exchange Request Process:
Visit the link provided to request a return or exchange – link and form to be created for return. State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages. A return pickup will be initiated . Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn. Return or Exchange requests for orders placed using a store credit will be rejected.
